Denver, Aug. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OverWatchID, a Denver-based market leader in cloud-based converged identity security solutions, today named Roger Cobb as the company’s new vice president for worldwide sales and partner alliances. Cobb’s appointment is a critical element in OverWatchID’s growth posture, which includes recently announced plans to increase its workforce by up to 30 percent in 2018.
A 17-year veteran within the cybersecurity industry, Cobb will develop the global partner and distributor support and revenue strategies for OverWatchID. He will also be responsible for growing reseller sales and expanding the install base for the company’s SaaS-based converged solutions for privileged access management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA) and cloud access security brokering (CASB).

Cobb brings 17 years of experience in sales, security engineering and consulting, with a specific focus on identifying, creating and delivering enterprise security solutions to customers and reseller partners. He previously served as the vice president of worldwide channel sales at Malwarebytes, as vice president of North American sales and vendor relations at Lastline, Inc. and director of enterprise accounts at Zscaler, Inc., among others. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
