Landsbankinn hf.: Covered bond offering results


Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond auction where three series were offered for sale.

In total, 14 bids were received in the auction for the total amount of ISK 2,240m.

One bid for ISK 200m was received in the series LBANK CB 23 at 5.75% yield. That bid was not accepted in the series.

A total of 10 bids for ISK 1,780m were received in the series LBANK CBI 24 at 2.54%-2.59% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 1,680m were accepted in the series at 2.58% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 19,200m.

A total of 3 bids for ISK 260m were received in the series LBANK CBI 28 at 2.54%-2.56% yield. All bids were accepted in the series at 2.56% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 28,120m.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 28 August 2018. Arion banki, Islandsbanki and Kvika act as market makers for covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn.
