With today’s ruling, Tallinn Circuit Court has decided not to satisfy the appeal from Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) against Harju County Court’s 3 August 2018 ruling regarding securing an action. Thus the measure securing the action remains in force. It is not possible to appeal against the Circuit Court’s ruling.
