ADARA Welcomes Carolyn Corda as Chief Marketing Officer

Accomplished Travel Industry Executive Joins Leadership Team to Accelerate Company Growth


PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 04, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ADARA, the leading data solution for travel brands, today announced the appointment of Carolyn Corda as Chief Marketing Officer. Corda is a data industry leader with extensive experience in driving transformational marketing for travel companies. The new executive position will serve to support ADARA’s rapid growth in the US and abroad as more travel companies pursue customer-first business strategies. Corda will determine the marketing strategy and lead all marketing execution for the company’s innovative customer value management solutions.

As CMO, Corda will have responsibility for aligning the brand with the company’s expanding mission to provide clients with customer intelligence that dramatically improves program performance by delivering on consumers’ expectations for personalization and relevance. She will lead global brand and product marketing initiatives including positioning, product marketing, public relations, social media presence and demand generation.

Throughout her career, Corda has helped leading travel businesses establish a competitive edge and boost revenues by increasing customer wallet-share and by penetrating new customer segments. Prior to ADARA, she was a Managing Director at Accenture where she led Applied Intelligence for the travel practice in N. America. Previous to that role, Carolyn was a senior executive at Epsilon with responsibility for developing and launching new data solutions as well as building the brand’s presence in the travel sector. Her previous positions include executive roles at Fair Isaac and Sabre. She also pioneered the first travel data co-op, Vistrio, which was co-founded with Sabre.

Corda has been recognized for her thought leadership and has spoken on the subject of customer insight at industry conferences—including Skift, Phocuswright and EyeForTravel. Corda earned a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University, an MBA from UCLA and a Master’s from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.
