Atos ranked N°1 by the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI World and Europe) in the digital sector for its corporate responsibility and sustainability performance


Paris, 17 September 2018 - Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, today announces that it has been ranked n°1 as the most sustainable company in its industry group in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) World and Europe, following the publication of the 2018 DJSI results.

Atos has been ranked as the leader in the IT Software & Services industry (Gold level), a sector which includes 117 companies worldwide. With a total score of 78 points out of 100, Atos is once again in the global leading position in the study based on an annual evaluation of over 3,900 listed companies, a ranking resulting from its top performance in the social, environmental and economic categories.

The data compiled in the study was collected by sustainability investment specialist RobecoSAM[i] on behalf of DJSI.

Atos was additionally again recognized this year by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)[ii] standards Comprehensive option for its Corporate Responsibility Integrated Reports and by the CDP[iii], which positioned Atos in Climate A for climate care.
