SHANGHAI, China, Oct. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GDS Holdings Limited (“GDS Holdings” “GDS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GDS), a leading developer and operator of high-performance data centers in China, previously appointed Law Debenture Corporate Services Inc. as agent for the service of process in respect of the Company’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (File No. 33-213951), as amended, initially filed with the SEC on October 4, 2016 (the “form F-1 Registration Statement”). Such appointment expired on September 30, 2018.
The Company today announced it has appointed Cogency Global Inc., located at 10 East 40th Street, 10th Floor, New York, New York 10016, as successor agent for the service of process in respect of the Form F-1 Registration Statement, effective as of and after October 1, 2018.
