(Nasdaq:GH) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 14,375,000 shares of common stock, which includes the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase 1,875,000 additional shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $273.1 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. All of the shares of common stock were offered by Guardant Health. The shares commenced trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 4, 2018, under the ticker symbol “GH”.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC, Leerink Partners LLC and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as co-managers for the offering.
