On 11 October 2018, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Aromare entered into a contract for the design and construction of a commercial building at Pärnu mnt 186, Tallinn.
The contract includes the construction of a new commercial building with six storeys for offices and retail and a two-storeyd parking house for 300 cars.
The contract value is approximately EUR 16 million, plus value added tax. The construction will start in autumn 2018 and the works are scheduled to be completed in March 2020.
