Today, with reference to stock exchange announcement of 5 October 2018 (Approval of Telia’s acquisition of TDC’s Norwegian business) and stock exchange announcement of 17 July 2018 (TDC Group divests its Norwegian business to Telia Company), TDC A/S announces that divestment of Get AS to Telia Company has been completed.
As a consequence of the divestment Gunnar Evensen, SEVP, Get & TDC Norway will step down from his position in TDC’s Corporate Management Team.
