THP's Deputy CEO Phương Uyên Trần to Guide the Creation of an Authentic Southeast Asian Experience at Kind Heaven

LOS ANGELES / WORLDZ Summit , Oct. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Immersive Artistry and Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell, the creators of Kind Heaven, today announced that businesswoman, author of “Competing With Giants” and Deputy CEO of Tan Hiep Phat (THP), Phương Uyên Trần, will join the team as Co-Founder and President of Kind Heaven Asia. Trần leads THP, the dominant beverage company in Vietnam, and has successfully led multiple innovations that have brought new revenues streams, greater branding, and overall product excellence to the marketplace. For years, Trần has focused on building THP and promoting Southeast Asia. Her newly released book focuses on how the East and West can learn from one another, and how cultures can come together through innovation.

In her role with Kind Heaven, Trần will guide the creation of an authentic experience to enable visitors seamlessly transport to Southeast Asia. Tran will lead a team of executives responsible for artist development in South East Asia, the development of local brands to import to the United States, the discovery of fresh culinary talents, and advising Kind Heaven’s executives of regional trends to incorporate into its immersive experience. She will also participate in publicity engagements in Asia, North America, U.K., and Dubai.

Trần will help guide the development and evolution of Kind Heaven, a new digital and location-based proactive community based on the culture, spirituality, food, beverage, and fashion of Southeast Asia. Kind Heaven will open its first venue in Las Vegas in 2019.
Vietnam is a fast growth powerhouse of a country that is finally arriving on the world stage thanks to the efforts of companies like THP and executives like Tran. Kind Heaven will place a sizeable focus on making Vietnam, its culture, customs, spirituality, culinary, and unique products a central focus for its experiences in Las Vegas and around the world.

In addition, to introducing North America and Europe to the values of Vietnam, Tran will also be responsible for leading a team of executives on the other side of the same portal.  She will drive the initiatives for Kind Heaven and its partners as they open up within Asia with new destinations, tours, concerts, festivals, and the reverse importation of brands from the United States.

“I’m excited about the convergence of technology, Hollywood storytelling, music and Southeast Asian culture that Kind Heaven encapsulates,” said Kind Heaven Asia Co-Founder and President Trần. “I see great opportunity, particularly for younger generations, to understand other cultures through immersive storytelling. We are all citizens of the world, and projects like Kind Heaven can help us understand how our cultural differences can make us stronger.”

“Perry Farrell and our team are so excited to have found a like-minded soul who shares our passion for this necessary culture share and business. Phuong is a superstar in every way.  She is the 21st-century prototype of a visionary leader who embodies vision and compassion all in one. Phuong is Kind Heaven!
