Bonds registered with VP LUX S.à.r.l will be transferred to VP
SECURITIES A/S
VP SECURITIES A/S is closing its Luxembourg subsidiary, VP LUX S.à.r.l. Bonds registered with VP LUX S.à.r.l will be transferred to VP SECURITIES A/S.
VP SECURITIES A/S will complete the transfer and re-registration of bonds on 9 November 2018 with Monday 12 November 2018 as the settlement date.
The re-registration will require no action from investors or customers with loans funded by the bonds concerned.
Bond specifics, including the current ISINs (starting with LU), as well as the bonds' historical data will remain intact.
Those of the bonds that are eligible as collateral in the Eurosystem will continue to meet the ECB's eligibility criteria going forward.
VP SECURITIES A/S will complete any necessary re-registration procedures and portfolio transfers.

In connection with the re-registration, the Final Bond Terms of the bonds will be updated to reflect that VP SECURITIES A/S has replaced VP LUX S.à.r.l. as the issuer CSD/place of registration. All other terms of the bonds will remain unchanged.
