BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Michael Odom has joined the firm’s Business and Corporate Matters section in Birmingham as Of Counsel.
Odom has more than 24 years’ experience representing clients in a broad variety of real estate transactions and litigation matters. He counsels lenders in commercial loan closings, commercial foreclosure matters, problem loan remediation, negotiation of forbearance and loan modification agreements, and deficiency/recovery litigation. Odom also advises developers and builders in all deal aspects, including land use planning, contract review, and litigation, and represents title insurance companies and lenders in a range of actions. As part of his real estate litigation practice, Odom works with commercial contractors, homebuilders, and lenders, and has particular experience advising land owners whose property is being condemned through eminent domain.
