OpsRamp Open for Business in the UK and Europe

Company adds new leadership and location to deliver modern digital operations platform to enterprise IT organizations, managed service provider partners, and resellers in Europe

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OpsRamp, the service-centric artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) platform for the hybrid enterprise, announced a new office in the United Kingdom to bring unified infrastructure monitoring, management and automation to enterprise IT teams across Europe. This new office will serve customers, managed service providers, cloud service providers and partners directly from its London and Amsterdam-based SaaS locations for GDPR-compliant solutions.

The new UK territory will be led by Steve Randall and will serve as the headquarters for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Randall comes to OpsRamp from FireScope, where he served as its Executive Vice President of Sales. Previous to that he was the Executive Vice President of Sales for Pangea Systems, LTD, where he was responsible for Pangea’s American and UK territories.

“EMEA is a fast-growing market in our sector with several large enterprises in the midst of digital transformation, cloud migration and dealing with hybrid challenges,” says Randall. “OpsRamp can now address their needs for hybrid asset discovery, AIOps, intelligent incident management, infrastructure and full-stack application monitoring and more, with on-demand agility and a local presence.”

With this expansion, OpsRamp can now support European IT operations teams that are looking to centralize operations and act like service providers back to their businesses. Now, customers and partners will be able to take advantage of faster response times, local account teams, and greater reliability. The OpsRamp EMEA SaaS location will also meet GDPR regulations for data residency and security.

“With 1,400 customers and partners across the globe, we are committed to investing globally, to both better support our alliances and be there wherever and whenever our customers are,” says OpsRamp CRO Mike Munoz. “Our cloud-based platform helps IT operations teams control the chaos and maintain highly available and high-performing business-critical services, so when customers need us, we will be there regardless of timezone.”

San Jose, California will continue to serve as the company’s global headquarters, supported by offices in India.
