Matas receives approval from the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority to acquire Firtal Group ApS
The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority has today approved Matas purchase of Firtal Group ApS, the owner of Helsebixen.dk and a portfolio of ecommerce sites and brands in the Health & Wellbeing category.
Matas announced the transaction on 29 August 2018 in company announcement no. 5 2018/19.
The transaction is expected to close in the immediate future.
