(NASDAQ:AEZS) (TSX: AEZS) and Cogas Consulting, LLC have amicably resolved their dispute with Aeterna Zentaris Inc. agreeing to make a payment to Cogas Consulting, LLC in the amount of $625,000. The parties now consider their contractual relationship as having been terminated for convenience.
