Built in 2007, The Edge is a garden-style community featuring two, three, and four-bedroom floor plans. All units include bed/bath parity, wood-style flooring, black appliances, a black furniture package, upgraded cabinets, and a washer and dryer. Property amenities include a pool, movie theater, car wash, fitness center, business center, and a study lounge. The Edge has a strong reputation in the market and is currently the only property to offer a free, private shuttle bus to and from campus.
Campus Advantage was sought after to manage The Edge because of the student housing leader’s integrated marketing expertise. The property is currently transitioning to a digital marketing strategy with an increased focus on the student experience and together with Catalyst, an Austin-based agency specializing in creative marketing for student and multifamily housing, Campus Advantage will implement integrated digital marketing campaigns to help drive traffic for the next leasing season. Catalyst will design a new website and refresh the brand, plus implement aggressive digital strategies to increase the property’s online presence.
