PUNE, India, Nov. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sapience Analytics, the market leader in the rapidly growing People Analytics segment, today announced the opening of its new Research & Development center in Pune, India, to support growth and continued technology innovation.

Sapience has taken occupancy of nearly 14,000 square feet of commercial space located in a state-of-the-art facility in a prime location of Pune that can scale to support the company’s future growth. The facility features the most advanced technology infrastructure to facilitate collaboration with clients and Sapience offices worldwide.

The news comes as the company continues to grow its customer community, having deployed large-scale people analytics deployments for numerous new clients, including several billion-dollar companies, in sectors ranging from telephony to banking and insurance.

“Sapience Analytics has had a tremendously successful year,” said Sapience Analytics CEO Bradley Killinger, noting that the company’s revenues in the first half of 2018 were double that of its full-year revenues in 2017. “And we’re poised to continue this growth as we work to help organizations disrupt how they operate, dramatically improve financial results, and create unprecedented transparency for organizations and employees. The new office space has been designed to reflect the distinctive Sapience culture and brand, with the goal of creating an inspiring, productive, and collaborative workspace for Sapience employees.

“We are delighted to be moving into our new Research & Development center in Pune. The location will give us access to a large pool of exceptional engineering and product development talent to fuel the continued growth the company is experiencing.
