On 30 November 2018, Peritus Entreprenør AS, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Markveien 4 AS entered into a contract for the design and renovation of an office building located at Møllergata st. 23-25 in Oslo.
The contract includes renovation and reconstruction of an old existing office building into a new modern office building. The works include roof construction, internal layout changes and installation of technical equipment.
The contract value is approximately EUR 3.6 million, plus value added tax. The works will be performed from December 2018 until July 2019.
Peritus Entreprenør AS (peritus-entreprenor.no) is a Norwegian construction company, which offers construction services in general construction. The company is part of AS Merko Ehitus group since 2016.
