DELSEY Giving Tuesday!


Paris , France, Dec. 04, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DELSEY, the iconic luggage brand with over 70 years of innovation, timeless quality and audacious design, has once again partnered with travelers for their Giving Tuesday initiative. Kicking off the generosity inherent in the holiday season, DELSEY donated one suitcase for every piece purchased on November 27th to a local charity in the region.

Dedicated to making travel seamless, DELSEY understands that life does not always take the direction one intends. To assist those looking for a better path, DELSEY aligned with a local Maryland charity: 

Luggage is often a symbol of a new beginning, and by donating DELSEY suitcases to these compassionate organizations, DELSEY hopes to contribute to that. The luggage will help people who arrive at either center transport and store items as they transition to a more permanent location.

In total, 77 pieces of DELSEY luggage were donated to Arundel House of Hope.

Arundel House of Hope is a non-profit ecumenical organization that provides emergency, transitional, and permanent affordable housing for the poor and those experiencing homelessness in Anne Arundel County. Our Emergency Winter Relief Shelter's mission is to keep those experiencing homelessness in the Baltimore/Annapolis corridor from freezing to death during the winter months.  We serve up to 100 homeless adult (18 years of age or older) men and women, depending on church size and limitations, throughout Anne Arundel County.
