Landsbankinn hf.: Covered bond offering results


Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond auction where three series were offered for sale.

In total, 22 bids were received in the auction for the total amount of ISK 5,920m.

A total of 6 bids for ISK 1,080m were received in the series LBANK CB 23 at 6.10%-6.18% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 880m were accepted at 6.17% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 2,500m.

A total of 12 bids for ISK 4,040m were received in the series LBANK CBI 24 at 2.19%-2.25% yield. All bids were accepted at 2.25% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 28,700m.

A total of 4 bids for ISK 800m were received in the series LBANK CBI 28 at 2.22%-2.27% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 600m were accepted at 2.26% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 31,660m.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 18 December 2018. Arion banki, Islandsbanki and Kvika act as market makers for covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn.
