Comepay, Inc. Subsidiary, Chek-Online, Announces Recently Signed Agreements With Bosch for Fiscal Cash Registers in Its Data Center

VAUGHAN, ONTARIO, Dec. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Comepay, Inc. (OTCPINK: CMPY) (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Chek-Online LLC, a leading manufacturer of fiscal cash registers in Russia and developer of the family of Cassatka smart terminals, has entered into a lease agreement with Bosch, a global market leader in electronics and engineering, for provision of stationary smart terminal units located inside its data centers in Russia.

Prior to signing of the lease agreement Chek-online spent over 45 days integrating the smart terminal service with the Bosch website, including customization and testing.

In addition to its retail outlets in Russia, Bosch offers its customers the ability to order products through its online store. The leased smart terminals located within the Chek-online data center will be used to facilitate payments for Bosch household appliances purchased over the internet, across Russia.

According to Bosch, from January 1, 2018, to date, online sales at the Bosch website have increased by approximately 3.7%, indicating that the Russian consumer finds it convenient to browse the latest technology and associated promotions online, placing an increased number of internet orders for products including appliance home delivery.

By leasing the Chek-online smart fiscal cash registers to facilitate online purchases, Bosch transactions are now fully compliant with the recently passed Russian Federal tax laws.

The leasing agreement includes the remote operation of numerous fiscal cash registers including leased space for the associated equipment at the Chek-online data center, round-the-clock monitoring of equipment, technical support and the installation and subsequent replacement of the fiscal drive and associated software.

Comepay CEO, Dmitry Tsatskhin commented, “The adoption of our smart terminal units into the operations of a global enterprise such as Bosch indicates that our product offerings have gained a high level of technological acceptance in the Russian marketplace. We look forward to continuing to introduce our data center and stationary series of smart terminals to web-based businesses across the Russian market with a view to increased expansion in fiscal 2019.”
