egetæpper a/s has Thursday 13 December received the following major shareholder notification:
In accordance with section 38 and 39 of the Capital Markets Act, statutory instrument 2017-10-31 no. 1172 on Major Shareholders and Section 55 of the Danish Companies Act, Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S, company registration no. 39995670, has notified that Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S until today has acquired further B-shares in egetæpper a/s. Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S owned by last notice 545,030 B-shares in egetæpper a/s corresponding to approx. 20.8 % of the total share capital and approx. 9.7 % of the total number of voting rights. After the acquisition Selskabet af 5 november 2018 owns in total 673,252 B-shares corresponding to approx. 25.7 % of the total share capital and approx. 12 % of the total number of voting rights.
Selskabet af 5. november 2018 is 100 % owned by MEDF Holding A/S, company registration no. 36937661, which is 100 % owned by Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond.
Following the latest acquisition of Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond indirectly owns 330,340 A-shares and 1,355,862 B-shares in egetæpper a/s corresponding to approx. 64.3 % of the company's total share capital and approx. 83.3 % of the total number of voting rights.
