Christiane Vejlø elected to the Board
On Tuesday 23 January 2018 at 13:00 an Extraordinary General Meeting was held in Conferize A/S with the following agenda:
1. Election of Christiane Vejlø to the Board
2. Authorisation of the Chairperson of the General Meeting
re agenda item 1.
Christiane Vejlø was elected to the Board.
re agenda item 2.
The General Meeting authorized the Chairperson of the General Meeting to file the resolutions passed
by the General Meeting with the Danish Business Authority.
