Eguana Grants Key Employees Stock Options for 2018


CALGARY, Alberta , Dec. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eguana Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V:EGT) (OTCQB:EGTYF), announced today that the board of directors has granted incentive stock options to acquire up to an aggregate of 1,590,000 common shares at a strike price of $0.20 per share. Of the options granted, 850,000 have been granted to directors and officers of the Company and the remainder to employees.

The incentive stock options represent the 2018 annual grant. 529,947 of the 1,590,000 options vest immediately with an expiry of December 14, 2023 and 1,060,053 options vest in three equal tranches with the first tranche to vest immediately and the remainder over two years with an expiry of December 14, 2029. The grant of the options is subject to the terms of the Stock Option Plan and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
