Instead of the previous interim reports, Digitalist Group Plc (Digitalist Group or Company) will in future publish periodical information on its result and financial position for three- and nine-month periods in business reviews, the report and table sections of which are presented in a concise form.
The Company will publish its first business reviews during the 2019 financial period. The three-month review ending on 31 March will be published on Friday 26 April 2019 and the nine-month review ending on 30 September will be published on 6 November 2019.
