Captor Capital Appoints PI Financial Corp to lead Shareholder engagement initiative


TORONTO, Dec. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Captor Capital Corp. (“Captor” or the “Company”) (CSE: CPTR; FRANKFURT: NMV; STUTTGART: NMVA; USOTC: NWURF),  today announced it has retained the services of leading investment firm, PI FINANCIAL.(“PI”)  Captor has engaged PI Financial as its exclusive financial advisor (the “Financial Advisor”) and investment banker to provide advice and services related to increasing shareholder value and raising the company’s profile with both retail and institutional investors. The exclusivity period will run for 6 months from the execution of this agreement.
