Kure Technologies, Inc. Reports Fiscal 2018 Results


TORONTO, Dec. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kure Technologies, Inc. (“Kure” or the “Company”) (NEX: KUR.H), today reported its financial results for the year ended August 31, 2018.

Kure recorded a net loss from operations of $0.86 million or $0.06 per share, basic and diluted, for the year ended August 31, 2018 compared to $1.31 million or $0.09 per share for the year ended August 31, 2017. 

The operating loss for fiscal 2018 excluding non-cash impairments of $0.36 million (fiscal 2017 - $1.05 million) totalled $251,000 or $0.02 per share, compared to $294,000 or $0.02 per share for fiscal 2017.  Non-cash impairments are detailed in notes 6 and 8 in the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended August 31, 2018 and 2017.

Effective December 24, 2018, Mr. Alex Dolgonos was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, replacing Mr. Daniel S. Marks who resigned November 21, 2018.
