River Valley Community Bancorp Announces New Board Member


YUBA CITY, Calif., Jan. 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- River Valley Community Bancorp (OTC markets: RVCB) with its wholly owned subsidiary, River Valley Community Bank (collectively referred to as the “Bank”), today announced the appointment of John M. Jelavich as a director on the board.

Mr. Jelavich has been with the Bank since July 2010 and has served as President and CEO since April 2014.  His appointment to the board of directors was effective January 1, 2019.  He will continue to serve in his current capacity as President and CEO.  Stephen F. Danna will continue in his role as the Bank’s Chairman of the Board.
