Please be informed that on 10 January, 2019 Vilnius Regional Administrative Court (hereinafter reffered to as the Court) dissmissed the Company’s complaint on the resolution No. O3-939 of 19 December, 2014 of the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) “On amendment of the resolution No. O3-866 of 30 October, 2014 of the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices “On the setting of the purchase price of the electricity for 2015 generated in the Lithuanian power plant owned by the AB “Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba“” (hereinafter reffered to as the Resolution).

The Company analyses and assesses the arguments of the Court’s decision and will decide whether to appeal.

Vilnius Regional Administrative the Court’s decision will not have further effect on the Company’s results.
