Board Announcement - VAM PLC
VAM PLC (Value Asset Management Plc), a residential property developer within the Greater Dublin Area, announces the appointment of Hugo Inniss to the Company’s Board of Directors commencing January 16th, 2019.
Hugo has over 25 years of corporate banking, investment management and consultancy experience in London, New York and Emerging capital markets.
He holds an MBA from the London Business School, is an expert on regulatory affairs, corporate governance and financial innovation. He has helped to structure cross-border deals for clients including, KBC and the European Investment Bank. He has also recently worked assisting emerging markets with OECD and FATF compliance.
The Board would also like to announce the departure of Thomas Powell from the Company’s Board of Director’s as he pursues his other commercial interests and the Board thanks him for his contribution over the last year.
