Michael Gamtofte, employee representative on the Nilfisk Holding Board of Directors, resigns from his position in Nilfisk as of today. In his place, first alternate Yvonne Markussen joins the Board of Directors as employee representative.
Yvonne Markussen is a Danish national, born in 1959. She holds a basic vocational training as clerk with emphasis on accounting, and is employed as an assistant within the salary function at Nilfisk. Yvonne Markussen holds no board or management position in any other company.
