CHW Property Ltd is a private UK company owned by the Directors and Company Secretary of Hexon Property Plc and as such the change is not expected to impact on the way in which the company operates.
The Directors of Hexon Property PLC in addition, announce the appointment of Jaskarn Johal as Non-Executive Director. Mr Johal has a wealth of experience in Finance and holds posts with responsibility for the raising of Capital, ensuring adherence to Corporate Governance and meeting regulatory obligations amongst others and will contribute to Hexon Property PLC in such matters.
