The shareholders of Spineway are invited to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on Friday, 8 March 2019, at noon, at the company’s registered office.
Notice of the meeting setting forth the agenda and draft resolutions was published in France’s legal gazette (BALO) on 1 February 2019. The convocation was published in the Le Progrès newspaper on 16 February 2019 and on 20 February 2019 in France’s legal gazette (BALO).
Among the proposed resolutions is the authorization necessary to pursue the financing agreement with Alpha Blue Ocean required to roll out its strategic plan NEWWAY.
