MIDDLETOWN, R.I., March 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Towerstream Corporation (OTCQB:TWER) a fixed wireless fiber alternative provider, today announced that Michael Connors has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations.

As Towerstream's Senior Vice President of Operations, a newly created position for the Company, Mr. Connors will continue to be responsible for Network Engineering, Information Technology, Network Operations and Customer Support with additional responsibilities of Supply Chain and Site Acquisition. Mr. Connors previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at the Company.
Prior to joining Towerstream, Mr. Connors was the Vice President of Operations at CompuCom. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and an officer at Vanguard Managed Solutions after a long tenure at Motorola Solutions where he last served as Vice President of Operations.
