(NYSE:REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, announced today that the previously announced 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to have been held on Monday, December 21, 2015, at the Company's executive offices in Los Angeles, California has been moved to Wednesday December 30, 2015. Shareholders are asked to look for updates and proxies in the mail. The Company's board of directors established Tuesday, October 27, 2015, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting. An amended definitive proxy statement for the meeting was posted with the SEC on or about November 29, 2015.

The time and venue of Reed's Annual Meeting is as follows:

As discussed in the proxy statement, the annual meeting will be devoted to the election of directors, the ratification of the selection of Weinberg & Company, P.A. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, ratification of the 2015 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, a shareholder matter, and consideration of any other business matters properly brought before the Annual Meeting. After the conclusion of the meeting, Reed's Founder, Chairman and CEO Chris Reed will discuss Reed's other matters related to the business. The Company's management and Board members will also accept questions from analysts and investors in attendance once the voting is completed.
