LOS ANGELES, April 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reed's, Inc. (NYSE MKT:REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, today announced that the Company has rescheduled its previously announced earnings call and regulatory filing.

The Company intends to file its Form 10-K on or before Friday April 21, 2017.  On the same date as the filing the Company will issue its earnings announcement and host its fourth quarter 2016 earnings call at 1:45 pm pacific time.

The Company will issue a press release with the conference call details ahead of the filing date.
