This example is from drill hole 23FP006 from 120 to 121 metres. This interval grades 1.405 g/t gold. The brick red colouration in the feldspar is from iron and barium. Note that the feldspar grain boundaries are sub-rounded to sub-angular reflecting pervasive metasomatic alteration likely from alkaline fluids.
