On 22 October 2009 the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi decided to elect
Stephen Howard as a Management Board member and Chief Financial Officer, the
powers to commence as of 30 November 2009. It was decided to suspend Siiri Lahe
temporarily from the position of the Chief Financial Officer from 30th of
November until 31st of August 2010 due to her maternity leave. As a Management
Board member Siiri Lahe will remain responsible for the activities of the
Company. Stephen Howard has previously held different management level
positions at United Utilities Plc, his CV is attached.
