SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 4, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- ROAMING MESSENGER(tm) (OTCBB:RMSG) today announced a joint development pact with engineering firm Brannigan Solutions. The agreement between the companies is designed to speed the deployment of the ROAMING MESSENGER product and technology in large-scale Enterprise Messaging applications.
In particular, a pilot project is underway to deploy a ROAMING MESSENGER solution for a large supply chain management company. This application uses ROAMING MESSENGER to alert the appropriate person when there is a time-critical situation in the assembly process that requires immediate attention. When the alert is triggered -- whether a machine is broken, inventory is low, or some other element in the manufacturing process has broken down -- ROAMING MESSENGER automatically tracks down the appropriate person on their smart cell phone, laptop computer, office PC, home PC, wireless PDA, or other mobile device, alerts them in real-time about the breakdown in the operation, and allows it to be fixed immediately.
