Findexa Limited will pay dividends to its shareholders for third quarter with the amount of NOK 0.72 per share.
The receivers of the dividends will be the shareholders owning Findexa-shares at the close of trading day on November 14, 2005, and not shareholders as at November 11, 2005 as stated in the Q3 presentation issued this morning. The Findexa-shares will be traded exclusive dividends with effect from November 15, 2005.
The physical payment of the dividends will take place on December 1, 2005.
