AdZone Research Signs Letter of Intent to Form Strategic Alliance With Web Wise Kids and Expand Awareness and Marketing of the Company's OPPS Predator Program


CALVERTON, N.Y., Jan. 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR) today reported that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Web Wise Kids, Inc. to form a strategic alliance. Under terms of the one year agreement, to be finalized in 30 days, both organizations will work together to expand awareness and marketing of the company's OPPS online predator profiling system.

Web Wise Kids is a nonprofit organization located in Southern California. Since 2002, it has been teaching children and their youth leaders strategies for safe Internet use, including methods of detecting and deterring online predators. Its programs are currently in use in 49 states. Through the help of a vast team of community partners, including teachers, law enforcement officers, and community youth leaders, more than one million children in the critical 11 to 14 year age range have received its safety training.

Terms of the proposed alliance call for Web Wise Kids to provide a written endorsement of the use of OPPS by law enforcement agencies, and grant AdZone the right to promote this endorsement in AdZone's advertising and sales efforts for OPPS.

Web Wise Kids also will grant AdZone the right to state in all OPPS-related advertising that "AdZone is a Sponsor of Web Wise Kids," and that a portion of the sales price of each license of OPPS will be donated to Web Wise Kids. Web Wise Kids will include, on its website, www.webwisekids.org , a brief discussion of its endorsement of OPPS, as well as a hyperlink to the AdZone-OPPS website.

The organization also will agree to allow distribution of marketing material about the OPPS program at any conventions or events attended by Web Wise Kids where law enforcement personnel may also be in attendance. It also will provide introductions to its law enforcement community partners.

As part of its commitment, AdZone agrees to donate $3.00 to Web Wise Kids for every OPPS license that it sells or renews during the term of the alliance.

It also will include, on its website, a brief discussion of its sponsorship of Web Wise Kids, as well as a hyperlink to the Web Wise Kids website.

At only $999 a year for a single license, AdZone has priced OPPS so that every police force in America can afford it, and hopes OPPS becomes a standard for police forces around the country. Furthermore, AdZone's community sponsorship program is an effective option for police forces to receive their OPPS licenses by having community-based sponsors cover the cost.
