This latest generation of applications represents the newest evolution in UCS' GUI-based POWER Workstation, which has been in place for 10 years and is currently being used by approximately 85% of UCS clients.

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software represents one of the newly available POWER Workstation applications, combining all CRM functions into a single, integrated system. With its familiar day planner layout and full integration with other UCS applications, CRM helps users better organize and manage CRM efforts and enables managers to easily audit their employees' progress. In addition to an advanced GUI design, CRM offers a color-coded calendar that lists appointments, alerts, and tasks 45 days into the future; a "Shot Clock" feature that prevents unassigned leads from becoming stale; and communication history tracking that shows phone, email, and letter communication between dealerships and their customers.
