Todd Franck will be the branch manager for the new office. He has over 7 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly the owner of St. Croix Mortgage Inc. in Hudson. He has lived in the Hudson area for nearly 30 years, having been a local graduate in '85. He is married and has 3 children.
