(Nasdaq:ABAT), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of rechargeable Polymer Lithium-Ion (PLI) batteries, today announced it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a leading battery production company in Shenzhen, China.
ABAT will pay RMB 10 million as a refundable down payment during the due diligence phase. Final purchase determination will be settled following the results and conclusions reached following the company's due diligence work.
