BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - Jun 13, 2011) - Worlds Online Inc. has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities & Exchange Commission related to the proposed spin-off of its online and operational technologies businesses from Worlds Inc. (

Following SEC completion of the registration statement review, Worlds Inc. will mail to its shareholders of record, as of the close of business on the record date, May 16, 2011, the final form of the registration statement along with the stock certificates of Worlds Online.
