Three Wire Systems, LLC is a proud provider of career coaching for veterans through its VetAdvisor® services. It isn’t enough for Three Wire to simply "talk the talk," though. The company announced today that it is also "walking the walk" by becoming a member of Northrop Grumman’s Network of Champions.
Northrop Grumman (NG) has been providing transition support to severely injured service members for years through Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition), a program designed to indentify career opportunities across NG for wounded warriors. Operation IMPACT is unique in that, if the veteran’s injury precludes entering the workforce, NG attempts to find career placement for that veteran’s family member who serves as the primary wage earner.
In 2009, NG created the Network of Champions, over 87 companies who have partnered with NG to provide a wider network of employment opportunities. If NG is unable to identify an available position, that candidate’s resume is shared with Network members in the hopes of finding a position fitting the candidate’s unique skills and abilities.
