HOUSTON, Feb. 27, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hart Energy announced today that its World Refining & FUEL Conference will be held on Wednesday, March 20, at the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio immediately following the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers' Annual Meeting.
