Inventergy Hires Senior IP Litigation and Licensing Specialist

CUPERTINO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2014) - Inventergy Inc., an intellectual property acquisition and licensing company, announced today the appointment of Saxon Noh to the role of Vice President, Intellectual Property Counsel. Mr. Noh is an accomplished IP attorney, most recently serving as Senior Litigation Counsel at Theranos, Inc., where he led the company's IP litigation strategy and advised on IP development efforts.

Mr. Noh also served as Principal Litigation Counsel at Rambus Inc. During his tenure, he managed complex patent and antitrust litigation matters, which led the company to more than $1 billion in settlement and forward licenses. He was a key advisor on the company's semiconductor-related IP licensing business and oversaw IP development efforts. Previously, Mr. Noh was Senior IP Counsel at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. and an attorney in the IP litigation practices at Dewey Ballantine LLP and Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP.
