CHARLESTON, SC--(Marketwired - October 28, 2014) - SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, a company specializing in reducing recurring monthly expenses for multiple-location companies, announced today that they have launched a new project with the National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees (NCASEF) to provide contract negotiation services to their members.
NCASEF is an independent trade association uniting the various local and regional 7-Eleven franchise owner associations, and represents the interests of all 7-Eleven franchisees at the national level. As part of the new project, SIB will work with 7-Eleven franchisees to negotiate more cost-efficient service agreements for facilities and equipment maintenance services at their store locations. Over the long run, these new deals are expected to improve service and save money on operating costs for 7-Eleven franchisees nationwide.
This project represents the debut of a new service offering for SIB, since they will work with the parent organization to negotiate pricing and service plans that will then be made available to all franchisees in the system on an "a la carte" basis.
"Our bread and butter has always been contingency-based cost reduction work for companies, and that will continue," said Dan Schneider, CEO of SIB. "But this new deal with NCASEF is a big step forward for us, since it means we can offer a new set of services for our clients. Normally our business model only allows us to work with franchisees who own multiple locations. Under this project, we can negotiate on behalf of the entire membership of the NCASEF, and get better deals for anyone who wants to participate, even if they own just a single store. We're excited to make these services available to such a large number of 7-Eleven locations."
