Dallas, Texas, April 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As the firm known for being the unequivocal reigning champion of expansion makes headlines for their newly acquired clients and their vastly expanding national reach, Metroplex Management Group announces a different initiative entirely.
In the later part of 2016, Director of Operations Bill Bishop announced the company’s newest goal, to connect with 30 charities over the course of the next year.
“The reason for our locally devoted initiative,” Bill explains, “Is to make sure our neighbors know that we are absolutely invested in them, our community, and the future of our neighborhoods.” Since the firm spans vastly from one coast to the other, the community outreach spread nationally.
Metroplex Management Group reportedly wrapped up their 20th of the 30 community outreach initiatives recently, pairing up with Volunteers of America. The company’s associates teamed together to attend an event hosted for the elderly in the Dallas area at the Castle Glen Place Senior Living facility. The associates hosted the event, played bingo and helped the facility provide meals for the residents of the building.
This event was not the first time Metroplex Management Group gave back to the hungry, however. Bill and his team jump-started their community outreach in Las Vegas, Nevada by providing over 200 pizzas to the homeless and hungry throughout the downtown area.
Metroplex Management Group then took their good faith to Anaheim, California where they provided pizza, over 150 sandwiches, and over 50 cases of water to the community’s less fortunate.
In December last year, Metroplex partnered with Frisco Family Services, which is an organization developed and ran through a Dallas church. The company assisted the organization’s ‘Secret Santa’, which provided Christmas presents to over 1300 Dallas youth. Metroplex provided gifts, a storage unit and a moving truck to Frisco Family Services in the months leading up to Christmas.
“Bringing value to the community and lifting up our neighbors is what Metroplex Management Group was founded on. We strive to empower each other on a daily basis and it is important that the community feels that sense of our involvement as well,” says Bill.
